Today’s ride was emotionally hard for me, seeing my family, friends, and husband. I knew why I joined this amazing charity, it’s because of Lucas Murphy. He help me find my own courage that I once lost, he gave me the strength that I didn’t know I have, and he told me from just looking at him that everyone deserved to live. Thank you Lucas.
Seeing my husband after two weeks was such a an amazing feeling. Holding back my tears, I held him for few minutes and whispered I so miss him.
This morning I was surrounded by my awesome supporters and friends. I was speechless and Almost cried ( almost ).
I am truly blessed to be surrounded by them, to see them at 7am and wait in the cold ( with coffee) hehe.
I strongly believed that the heroes are ALL of us, it’s the supporter that give there time, the crew that wake up 1 hr early to make sure every riders has breakfast, the truck driver that carry our items, our mechanic that check our bike every morning and every break stop, our awesome support van, the back office that out all this together, corporate sponsors, and Sears Canada.
We all play role in helping the community, we all want better life, this is why we do this.
thank you to all my friends that came today, honestly I am very very thankful that you are all part of my life.
